I have just had a wonderful time web-chatting on the Financial Times site, nicely facilitated by Charlotte Clarke. Several really good questions were submitted and I enjoyed answering them. It is the first time I have done one of these live web chats–it was a bit stressful, like doing a radio show, but really kind of exhilarating to see the questions coming, quickly writing the answers.
The questions covered a wide range of topics from the morality of corporations to the ethics of business schools to the empowerment of women in India to the silence toward domestic violence in the West. Thanks so much to Chandrika Parmar, Ioana Grancea, Catherine Dolan, Gry Hongsmark, Poonam Jayant Singh, and an un-named “Canadian in Oxford” for sending questions.
