Lauren Ruvo is a JD Candidate at Georgetown University Law Center where she is currently the Editor-in-Chief of The Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law. Additionally, she has dedicated herself to pro bono work that has focused on Title IX and other gender disparity issues. Prior to attending law school, she worked on Capitol Hill for the Senate HELP Committee under Ranking Member Patty Murray where she focused her efforts on early childhood education policy initiatives. She holds an M.Ed. from Harvard Graduate School of Education in Human Development Psychology and received her BA from Boston College where she double majored in Psychology and Communications.
