Avery Blank is an impact strategist, women’s advocate, and policy attorney. Bloomberg Law, Stanford Law, the National Association of Women Lawyers, and the Maryland Daily Record have recognized Blank for her work. Blank has worked in the private and public sectors, having worked at all levels of government, including the Executive Office of the President during President Obama’s Administration. She was a Senior Law & Policy Analyst with the University of Maryland Center for Health & Homeland Security where she devised crisis plans and successfully helped to lead strategy efforts to pass Maryland’s first-ever government data breach bill. She sits on a few boards and advisory councils, including with The Wilson Center and American Bar Association.
